My stay here was phenomenal! Hospitality is unmatched. The staff is supper friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and well equipped. The facilities are also great. It is located next to three different malls so makes it very easy to walk across street and grab food or to shop. 100/100 recommended this hotel.

I don’t usually sleep well whenever I stay for the first time in hotel but this was different. I had a good restful first night sleep (I love the pillows!) I felt at home instantly thanks to the warm and accomodating staff. Access to the nearby malls also made shopping easy. It’s a hotel really worthy of its 5 stars!

Exceptional. Comfortable. Warm welcome. The location is probable the best, within walking distances to surrounding shopping malls. The lounge offers fast check-in/check-out with evening free-flow drinks and cocktails. We stayed in the gold corner suite for a few nights. The room layout is functional and beautiful with lots of space to move around.

First time at Fairmont, won’t be my last!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Fairmont. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, arranging for our room to be ready ahead of time and also a late check out when we left. The breakfast buffet was enormous in terms of variety and choice - very good coffee too! The rooftop pool was a great size for laps and we really appreciated the proximity to Greenbelt Mall with a fantastic choice of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the fact that the Fairmont is adjacent to Raffles giving an even wider choice of bars and restaurants at your disposal. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Staff were extremely polite and courteous with good communication skills in English Room was standard business suite and had all the amenities required for travel stay Toilet was clean with hot running water for showers. Bed was cosy with ample lighting and free wifi Price was quite affordable and highly recommended to business travellers who need to get around in Makati. Thank you for a great stay
